That’s what I used to think, anyway. But after I started using Sunday Citizen’s Crystal Meditation Pillow, my stance on the matter changed, to say the least. It also doesn’t lose it’s firmness over time, and holds its structure pretty well. So even if you’re a dedicated Carthusian monk, this pillow will hold up year after year.
