A Simple Regimen You Can Actually Stick To
As a part of this skincare regimen, there are three products:
A two-month supply of each product in the Proven Skincare system is recommended. During the second month, Proven considers any changes in lifestyle (i.e. change of season, location changes, pregnancy, etc.). Additionally, new ingredients, such as a higher retinol dosage, are taken into account. Cleanse, Moisturize, Repeat
Cleanse and moisturize are the only steps in the Proven Skincare routine. Cleanse twice a day if you have acne-prone and oily skin, according to the brand (once in the morning and once in the evening).
Normal, combination, and dry skin types, on the other hand, should only cleanse once a day, in the evening, to remove the day’s buildup of makeup, dirt, and impurities. Using too many face wash products can actually cause irritation and/or dryness by robbing your skin of its natural oils.
